New twist comes in Rajasthan MLA horse-trading case

Special operation group (SOG) has made a big change in the investigation being done on the basis of audio clip in the buy and sell of MLA in Rajasthan politics. The SOG Headquarters has changed the section of treason (124-A) from the lawsuit filed in the MLA's horse-trading case after legal opinion.

In case number 47,48 / 2020 filed by SOG office, section 124-A of sedition has been removed. SOG arrested two people including accused Sanjay Jain in case number 47/2020. The SOG headquarters made this amendment after hearing the case filed under treason. The SOG office has admitted that the case is going to be investigated under the sections of the Corruption Act.

For this, the SOG office has handed over the investigation of the case of the audio clip which went viral in the case of the purchase and sale of MLA to the Anti-Corruption Office. All the correspondence related to these cases are being sent to ACB by SOG office. During the struggle for the power in Rajasthan, three audio clips related to horse-trading were found. On the basis of these audio clips, these cases were registered by Dr. Mahesh Joshi, the chief whip of the state government. SOG was investigating these cases with promptness. In the political struggle of the state, Congress organization and the Rajasthan government are divided into two groups. This audio clip has been released by the Gehlot camp.
