Jaipur: Rajasthan Panchayat elections have been announced. The pace of campaigning regarding development issues has gained momentum. There is a lot of discussion about 80-year-old Sagrati Devi campaigning in the Panchayat area of Barmer city. The 80-year-old elderly of Kau Kheda village is demanding votes for his daughter-in-law to win elections.

80-year-old Sagrati Devi of Kau Kheda village of Barmer Panchayat Committee in Barmer city of Rajasthan is the star campaigner of her daughter-in-law Muli Chaudhary. The old mother is seen seeking votes for her son's daughter-in-law. The daughter-in-law comes from an area where girls are married at a young age, but even after this, Mulli Chaudhary continued her studies even after marriage and with the help of family, contested the college's NSUI president. After becoming the President of the Students' Union in 2016-17, she continued to raise the issues of women.

Muli Chaudhary said that there is a big difference between the student's politics and the village's politics, but if we are determined in the mind, victory will also be achieved. She said that along with making the women of rural areas aware of their rights, important steps will be taken for the development of the village. 80-year-old Sagrati Devi said that she never asked for votes for anyone, but this time when the daughter-in-law is in the elections, she could not stop herself. Now for the daughter-in-law, she is going from village to village seeking votes.
