Jaipur: Muktanand Nagar in the capital of Rajasthan is such a colony where people are engaged in making themselves healthy by doing continuous exercises in lockdown during corona global epidemic. Do not go out somewhere and keep the practice of yoga regular, keeping social distancing on the terrace in the morning so that the body remains disease free, mind also becomes fear free.

Rajasthan in-charge of Patanjali Yoga Committee, Kulbhushan Bairathi, who is also a resident of this colony, has conducted yoga class on the terrace every day. The temperature and BP of all the seekers are checked daily in Amarnath Hospital by Dr. Usha before the practice. Everyone is also sanitized by them so that they can also do yoga and do not get caught by corona. Body weight should also be controlled, as well as mental stress can be removed. All the people are also celebrating the sixth International Yoga Day, held today ie 21st June.

Bairathi and Mrs. Sharma said that yoga is a complete lifestyle. If there is no yoga, then there is disease. Therefore, regular yoga practice removes disease and keeps the body healthy. Maintains mental balance, enhances the body's immunity so that we can face every situation with courage.
