Racer Castrol Power1 Ultimate veteran Rajni Krishnan has also won the title in the premier pro-stock 301-400 cc category at the National Motorcycle Racing Championships here on Saturday. Though the 41-year-old Krishnan from Chennai finished third after an accident, he has managed to win his 10th national title and his first in a decade on the day of the end of the 5th and final round.

Krishnan, who made his national championship debut in 2003, topped the leaderboard with 183 points and 6 wins, followed by Anish (164) and Rahil (156). In the Novis (Stock 165 cc) category, 19-year-old Chennai's collegian Alvin Sundar (AS Motorsports) has also won the national title, although he finished second after Allwin Xavier (Sparks Racing), he has managed to win his third title.

In the girls' category, Chennai-based Rehana B (RACR Castrol Power1 Ultimate) has also won the 5th race in a row, making a comeback after a year due to injury. He had captured the title only after the fourth round. Jagan  Kumar (TVS Racing) has clinched his 10th national title on Friday after finishing third in the pro-stock 165CC category.
