It was known that NCB got 86 grams of ganja after a raid in their house and office. Subsequently, Bharti and Harsh also confessed to taking drugs. Both were arrested and produced in the Fort Court of Mumbai, where the decision to keep both in judicial custody was pronounced. However, the very next day, Bharti and Harsh got bail.
