Ingredients required to make gram flour Malpu
Gram flour - 1 cup
Fennel powder - 1 tbsp
Cardamom Powder - 1/4 tsp
Coconut powder - 1 tsp
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Milk - 1/2 cup
Ghee - for frying
For garnishing - finely chopped almonds and pistachios
* First Mix milk and sugar in a bowl and leave it for an hour. Then filter the gram flour in a plate and mix fennel, cardamom powder and coconut powder in it. After one hour, mix sugar-milk solution in gram flour. Take special care that the solution should not be too thin and too thick.
* Heat ghee in pan. After this, after the ghee becomes hot, reduce the flame to medium and take a paste of gram flour in it and spread it in a round shape in puri, and after that put it in a pan.
* Then flip the Malpua and fry well. You have to fry the Malpua till it becomes red. Then place the Malpua in a plate and serve after garnishing it with almonds, pistachios. Apart from this, Rabri can also be put over Malpua.
