Ram Gopal Varma never fails to surprise us with his professional commitments and controversial comments. After creating a sensation in the Telugu states with ‘Lakshmi’s NTR’, the maverick filmmaker has decided to make a film on the current Telangana Chief Minister and TRS president Kalvakuntla Chandra Sekhar Rao (KCR).

On Thursday, Varma tweeted the title of the film – Tiger KCR. It also has a tagline ‘The Aggressive Gandhi’. Varma wrote, “It is a biopic of @KTRTRS ‘s father from the time he couldn’t bear the 3rd class treatment being given to Telangana people by the Andhras, and how he fought in a fiery way to achieve Telangana state.”
While the Tamil industry was busy preparing for biopics on Jayalalithaa, Varma decided to take a parallel route and announced the biopic on Sasikala. When people were trying to sink in this piece of news, Varma surprised everyone with another biopic. Titled Tiger - The Aggressive Gandhi, the upcoming film will cover all the important life events of KCR, right from his childhood to his foray into politics and spearheading the separate Telangana agitation, to eventually becoming the first chief minister of the newly-formed State.
Titled ‘Tiger’ with the caption “The Aggressive Gandhi”, the propaganda film is expected to depict the mass leader’s inspirational rise from a humble childhood to emerging as a separate state campaigner and eventually, becoming the first CM of the newly-formed Telangana state.
