Panic of corona infection has spread rapidly in Madhya Pradesh. In such a situation, the construction of 'Ram Vanagman Path', a dream project for the BJP and the Congress due to the Corona crisis, has been out of priority. Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan announced the Ram Vanagman Path during his first term in 2007, while the Congress included it in his promissory note. This scheme, which gives wings to religious tourism in the state, is currently on hold.

It is also being told that the state government has not even sent any proposal to the central government about this ambitious plan. Chief Minister Chouhan announced the construction of Ram Path 13 years ago, calling it his dream project. The government had constituted a committee of experts to conduct the survey.

The committee also submitted the report, but after this the plan got captured in the files instead of taking shape. Considering the political importance of this issue, the Congress resolved to construct it by including it in its election undertaking in the assembly elections 2018. The Kamal Nath government also sanctioned 20 crore rupees as the initial budget, but then no notable work could be done. Now this ambitious plan is out of priority due to the worldwide corona epidemic and financial crisis.
