New Delhi: Union Minister Ram Vilas Paswan has given a big statement on the reservation and said that as long as the caste system is maintained, the reservation will also remain. The Union Minister said this in a meeting of members of scheduled castes and tribes in his house. The Supreme Court in its recent judgment has said that the State Governments are not legally obliged to provide reservation to the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes in the promotion.
