New Delhi: Chaitra Navratri has already started from today i.e. April 2 and the month of Ramzan is also starting from April 3. In India, the moon of Ramadan will be seen today (Saturday), April 2. After this, the first fast will be observed in the entire country on Sunday, April 3. The Imam of Lucknow Idgah, Maulana Khalid Rashid Farangi Mahali, has himself given information in this regard.

Maulana Mahali has said that after two years on Ramzan, we will celebrate like freedom. People did not celebrate Ramadan openly for two years due to coronavirus. The Maulana said that a meeting has also been held between the Islamic Centre of India and the administration, in which arrangements were made to make arrangements for cleanliness at all the places. Due to the high heat, emphasis is also being laid on water arrangements.

He said that it is an appeal to all fast-keepers to join the iftar that will take place in the mosque after two years. Pray to Allah for the protection of your country. Let us know that in the holy month of Ramadan, people of the Muslim community worship Allah and fast without eating and drinking anything. Ramadan is considered to be the ninth month of the Islamic calendar. The tradition of fasting in Islam began in the second Hijri. The order came a year after prophet Muhammad reached Medina by migration from Mecca to Medina. In this way, the tradition of fasting in the second Hijri started in Islam.
