A lot of work has to be done on its pre-production before starting the film, due to which shooting can begin in the next seven-eight months. Regarding the comparison of 'Hiranyakashyap' to 'Bahubali', Rana Daggubati said, 'We want to make this film even better than Bahubali. This film is discussed to be made with a budget of 180 crores. Significantly, in 'Bahubali', Rana played the character of Bhallaldev, which was well-liked by the people.
