A Ranchi court has issued summons against Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Saturday for making a controversial statement on PM Narendra Modi. Rahul will have to appear in the court on 22 February regarding this matter. In fact, Rahul Gandhi in one of his statements said 'All Modi is thieves', against whom a complaint was filed. A hearing was held on Saturday in the court of judicial magistrate Kumar Vipul for defamation of Rs 20 crore filed by advocate Pradeep Modi. The court issued summons against Rahul Gandhi after the hearing.
