Ranchi: Jharkhand High Court has made a strong comment on the transfer of Lalu Prasad Yadav, who is serving a sentence in the fodder scam case, to the bungalow of the RIMS director. Also, the government has sought a report on why RJD supremo Lalu Prasad Yadav was shifted to the bungalow of RIMS director. The court has asked the government to submit the report by January 22. Now the next hearing in the prison manual violation case will also take place on this day.

It is reported that while hearing the case related to jail manual violation, the court of Justice Aparesh Kumar Singh said that the government operates by law and not by individuals. At the same time, after the hearing ended, Advocate of RJD President Lalu Devarshi Mandal said that he did not have to do anything special in this case. The court had sought SOP from the state government. Which has not been deposited yet. In such a situation, the court has asked the government to submit SOP before January 22.

He said that in the jail manual violation case, the court has fixed the next date of hearing on January 22. During the hearing, the report of Jail IG and Superintendent of Police has also been discussed. They have also been asked to report the amendments made in the jail manual. The court appeared completely satisfied during the hearing.
