No big vehicles allowed in Ranchi on Independence Day, Traffic Department issues guidelines

In India, a large number of people are getting infected by coronavirus. The government is doing everything possible to curb it. Independence Day is tomorrow. In view of this, special attention is being paid to the traffic system in the city. On the occasion of Independence Day, there will be no entry of big vehicles in the district from 6 am to 9 pm on Saturday.

In view of the celebrations of August 15, security has been strengthened by diverting routes of large vehicles. Significant changes have also been made in the traffic system by the traffic police. In view of the corona infection at the festival site in Moharbadi, this time there will be no participation of common people and the Independence Day program will be celebrated with limited people.

The parking of VVIP vehicles is being arranged behind the stage. Arrangements for vehicle parking of officers have been made near Neelambar Pitambar Park. Instructions have been given for parking of vehicles for Corona Warriors and media personnel near Army Ground. Apart from this, 18 drop gates have been installed in the districts. Instructions related to this have been issued by Traffic SP.

VVIP parking will be behind the main stage. There will be a system to park 40 vehicles.

Officers parking will be next to the Western Gallery. 135 vehicles can be parked here.

There will be a system of green colour for the Corona Warriors and the media. Vehicles can be parked close to the Gandhi statue located at the Morhabadi ground. 205 vehicles can be parked easily.
