Actress Ranjana Deshmukh, who spreads her style in Marathi films, still has many fans, she made her fans crazy with her acting and beauty. Even today, her fans remember him wholeheartedly on her death anniversary. The actress Ranjana Deshmukh was born in the year 1955. She was the daughter of Vatsala Deshmukh, her mother was also a Maharashtrian and Bollywood actress.

Her aunt, Sandhya, was married to V. Shantaram, who introduced him to the screen in Chandanachi Choli Ang Ang Jaali (1975). She then was starred in Shantaram's next film Jhunj in the lead role. Ranjana twice won the state government award for Best Actress. Her major films include Are Sansar Sansar and Gup Chup Gup Chup, Sushila, Gondhalat Gondhal, Mumbaicha Faujdar, Bin Kamacha Navra, Khichdi, Chani, Jakhmi Vaghin, Bhujang, and Ek Daav Bhutacha.

Ranjana formed a hit duo with many famous Marathi film actors at the box office, including Ashok Saraf, Avinash Masurkar, Shriram Lagoo, Kuldeep Pawar, Nilu Phule, Ravindra Mahajani, Raja Gosavi, and others. Ranjana Deshmukh's career came to an abrupt end in a car accident in 1987 when she was going to Bangalore to shoot for Jhanjhar. Ranjana's legs were paralyzed in the accident. She was previously engaged to Ashok Saraf. After her accident, she was in a play called Fakt Ekdach.
