Ranveer Singh has worked in soil of Rajasthan for his blockbuster film 'Bajirao Mastani' and now the actor is again going to shoot for a long schedule of his upcoming magnum opus 'Padmavati'.
The film is the third venture of Ranveer, Deepika and director Sanjay Leela Bhansali. The actor will shoot in district of Jaipur, so he looks forward to savouring the delicacies of the area.
Ranveer said, “While shooting for Bajirao Mastani, I got a chance to experience the lively, warm and pleasant hospitality of local people in Rajasthan. It’s a clean, organised, beautiful place that holds its culture in high esteem and has got a very welcoming vibe. A chance to shoot here for my mentor Sanjay Bhansali again brings back fond memories of the unique Bajirao Mastani shoot. We had such a great time here! In fact, Rajasthan will give me a chance to occasionally take a break from my grey character of Alauddin Khilji, and I plan to make the most of the food and shopping here,” as Rajasthan's culture and it's handloom has very unforgettable place in actor's life.
