Dehradun: A bad piece of news is coming out from Uttarakhand, in which once again raw liquor has proved to be fatal in the Haridwar district of Uttarakhand. Seven persons have died after consuming raw liquor in Shivgarh alias Teliwala Phulgarh village under the Pathri police station area. As soon as the information about the case was received, the police-administration team reached the spot. Five villagers died on Saturday after consuming raw liquor, while two villagers died on Friday.  

Raju Amarpal and Bhola, both residents of Phulgarh village, died after consuming raw liquor. At the same time, Manoj also lost his life after drinking raw liquor in village Shivgarh. It is being said that Amarpal's Jollygrant and Kaka died in AIIMS Rishikesh. Let us tell you that even before this, people of the village have died due to drinking raw liquor in Haridwar.  

According to media reports, in 2019, more than 30 villagers lost their lives after drinking raw liquor in Haridwar. After the incident, the district administration, which swung into action, started strict action against the culprits. Strict action was also taken by the police on the mafias making raw liquor.
