Shivpuri: The administration is doing everything possible to fight Corona. Gradually the situation seems to be normal. All religious places in the district will be opened from June 8 with the necessary guidelines and devotees will be able to visit them. Collector and District Magistrate Anugraha P has given this information in the meeting of the core committee today.

All religious leaders were also invited to this meeting. The district administration expected from them to take full care of social distancing at religious places and there should be a system of cleaning hands and feet before entering religious places and if possible, separate arrangements for entry and exit were made. Superintendent of Police Shivpuri Rajesh Singh Chandel told that the medical stores will be opened even after 9 o'clock in the night so that the needy can get the medicine at night. The Collector directed the Civil Surgeon of the District Hospital Shivpuri to operate a mask shop outside the District Hospital so that the hospitalists can take masks when needed.

The state government has predicted the highest number of corona infections in June-July. On Wednesday morning, 48 new cases were found in Bhopal, 12 in Neemuch, 4 in Jabalpur. During the last 24 hours, 137 new patients were found in the state and the death of 6 people was confirmed. The total number of infected has increased to 8484 and the death toll has reached 364. 5221 patients have become healthy with this disease so far.
