Ribhu Dasgupta, the director of "Code Name: Tiranga," spoke candidly about his interest in action movies and why he considered casting Bollywood actress Parineeti Chopra in his project. He claimed to have been impressed by her action prowess while working with her on "The Girl on the Train."
He said: "We previously worked with Parineeti on the London set of "The Girl on the Train" prior to "Code Name Tiranga," and during that time we had a very busy schedule with few breaks. She would come and hit us after every scene. On me and my DOP, she used to cram and occasionally try Karate. Because Parineeti performed a lot of action behind the camera, we thought it would be fun to make an action movie featuring just her."
Parineeti joined the discussion and shared her experience working with the movie's director as well as how she collaborated with Ribhu: "Chance, in my opinion, is the most crucial factor for any actor. The opportunity to work as an actor isn't available to everyone, despite the fact that millions of people admire and wish to be actors. The director Ribhu is one of my closest friends, but everyone has talent and goals."

He truly sees actors as more than just actors and brings out the performance that we ourselves couldn't imagine, "the actress who has appeared in movies like "Ishaqzaade," "Shuddh Desi Romance," "Hasee Toh Phasee," and others said.
To promote their movie "Code Name Tiranga," Parineeti Chopra, Harrdy Sandhu, Sharad Kelkar, Rajit Kapur, and Ribhu Dasgupta will be appearing as special guests on "The Kapil Sharma Show."
