Ingredients for making dumplings - One cup boiled rice, one cup finely chopped vegetables (carrots, beans, capsicum, green onion), one teaspoon grated garlic, one teaspoon finely chopped green chillies, two tablespoons finely chopped green coriander, three tablespoons corn flour, two tablespoons white sesame seeds, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder, salt as per taste.

Method of preparation - For this, put a pan on the gas and add oil to it and fry garlic and onion in it. Now after this add all the chopped green vegetables and cook them for a while, after this add salt and pepper to these vegetables and let it cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Now turn off the gas and keep the vegetables aside to cool. After this, add rice, corn flour and green coriander to the cooked vegetable and mash it well. Now take this mixture in your hands and make balls and fry these balls in oil till they become golden. Fry it on a medium flame till they become golden and the pakoras are ready. Serve it with hot sauce.
