The politics of teachers employed in Bihar continues for years. The ruling party and the opposition are fiercely attacking each other over the matter of teachers. The latest case is related to the service conditions applicable to teachers in Bihar. Let me tell you that recently the state government had announced to separate the employed teachers of the state from the term employed and to link them to the service condition. After this, the opposition has attacked the government. RJD is saying that if their government is formed then they will accept all the demands of teachers unconditionally.

Two RJD leaders are attacking the state government in different ways on this matter. Former Minister Shivchandra Ram says that if the next government comes to our party in the state, we will unconditionally accept all the demands of these teachers. On the other hand, former minister Shyam Rajak says that the state government discriminates between teachers and other employed employees, which should not happen.

The leaders of JDU and Bharatiya Janata Party also respond to the attack of these leaders of the opposition with impunity. JDU leader Ajay Alok told that now nothing will happen due to beating of these people with sticks. Our government has always thought of the welfare of teachers and has brought in the service conditions rules for teachers employed under the same. The term employed under this has also been eliminated. As far as it is concerned, this manual is also in other departments to connect the employed teachers with the service condition.
