Ranveer Singh and Rohit Shetty’s once again back with their most awaited films Cirkus, which released on this Friday. Cirkus is expected to earn a good amount as because of Christmas and New Year mood setting up, the film is expected to attract huge earnings for the festivals. However, its look like the audience are not satisfied Box office earning is very low even after the third day of the release is very low. While Rohit Shetty is not leaving any stone unturned in order to promote the film.

During the promotional event Rohit Shetty recalled how Ajay finished hearing the script at 2 am and agreed to a 7 am shoot. Rohit also said that after Golmaal, Ajay 'never heard the script' from him. He said, “I think Singham script, the first Singham; he heard the script and we had a 7 am shift in Goa. He came from London at 10 at night. He first did his haircut for the cop role, and did his dress trial. Around 10:30, 11 or 12 something we started the narration, and we completed the narration at 2 in the morning for a 7 am shoot. At 2:30 am, he came to know what the film is. After Golmaal, he has never heard the script.”

Cirkus was released on December 23, 2022.It features Ranveer Singh in a double role. The film also stars Siddhartha Jadhav, Sanjay Mishra, Murli Sharma, Sulbha Arya, and Vrajesh Hirjee, among others. It also features Deepika Padukone and Ajay Devgn in special appearances. Cirkus is based on the 1982 Hindi film Angoor, which itself is a remake of the 1968 Hindi film Do Dooni Chaar.
