These days, most of the candidates are busy preparing for the Railway Recruitment Examination, the date has not been announced yet for the NTPC Recruitment Examination to be conducted by Railway Recruitment. It is to be noted that the first phase of the examination from all sides will be computer-based and the standard of questions for CBT will generally be in line with the educational standards prescribed for the posts. The normalized score of Stage CBT will make the preference of eligible candidates of Second Stage CBT as per their merit. There will be negative marking of 1/3 mark for each wrong answer. Minimum percentage marks for eligibility in various categories: UR-40%, EWS40%, OBC (Non-creamy layer) -30%, SC-30%, ST-25%. This percentage of marks for eligibility can give PwBD candidates up to 2% discount. The candidate preparing for the exam has to choose the first of the three parts, which can be completed in a short time. Candidates decide the part according to their interest and try to get the full marks of that part. If one part remains weak, then it can be replenished in another part.
