Guruvayoor (Kerala) [India], November 14: Three people have been taken into police detention in links with the murder of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) worker, Ananthu.

Ananthu was allegedly assassinated in Thrissur's Guruvayoor, in Kerala, on Sunday.

This RSS worker, Ananthu was an indicted in the murder case of a Communist Party of India (CPM) activist. The activist was taken life four years ago.

It is to be noted that this is not the first case of hostility against the workers of the saffron right-wing group in the state.

Previously, parallel incidents of physical attack have been reported. The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has been accusing the Left Government of assassination the political leaders and had also detained a rally 'Jan Raksha Yatra' in Thiruvananthapuram in recent times to protest against alleged political assassination in the state.

Current BJP president Amit Shah, who also participated in the public meeting, hit out at the LDF government and questioned if Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan had come to power to take the life of BJP and RSS workers.
