Russia's coronavirus vaccine Sputnik V (Sputnik V), developed by Swiss pharmaceutical company Adienne Pharma & Biotech in Italy, is to be available in the market by the end of 2021. This information was given by TASS News Agency on Friday.

Earlier this week Russia signed an agreement to prepare the Sputnik V Corona Virus vaccine in Italy. This is the first such agreement in the European Union. The announcement has been made by the Italian Russian Chamber of Commerce. The agreement has been signed by Italy's Adian Srl of Switzerland's pharma company and Kirill Dimitriv, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Russia's Direct Investment Fund.

According to the agreement, one crore vaccines are going to be produced this year, which will start from July. At the same time, the Chamber said that the innovative production process will create new employment opportunities and Italy will be able to control the entire production. The financial details of the deal have not been disclosed.
