It looks easy to make and the most delicious to eat. 

Ingredients for making sago chillies
* 1 cup sago/ sago
* 3/4 cup water, to soak
* 1 potato, boiled and grated
* 1 tsp cumin seeds
* 1 chilli, finely chopped
* 1/2 tsp ginger paste
* 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
* 2 tbsp curry leaves, chopped
* 1/4 cup kuttu flour
* 3/4 tsp salt
* 1 cup water
* Oil, to fry

Method of making sago chillies- First of all, take 1 cup of sago in a large bowl. After that add enough water and wash it 3 times or until the water comes out clean. In addition, add 3/4 cup water and soak for 6 hours. Now place the soaked sago in the blender and add 1/2 cup of water. After this, add water as per the requirement and blend for a smooth paste. Now add 1 potato, 1 tsp cumin, 1 chilli and 1/2 tsp ginger paste. In addition, add 1/2 tsp black pepper powder, 2 tablespoons curry leaves, 1/4 cup kuttu flour and 3/4 tsp salt.

Now you add 1 cup of water to make a thick solution, strain and mix well. Then rest the batter for 10 minutes or more. Now pour a kalchi fill solution on a hot frying pan and spread gently. Keep in mind that after this, add 1 tsp oil on the top of the chilla and fry on medium flame. Now you turn the screaming and cook on both sides while pressing gently. Serve with green chutney after making.
