Jaipur: Sources close to Rajasthan's senior Congress leader and former deputy CM Sachin Pilot camp claim that there is a possibility of a leadership change in Rajasthan. According to pilot camp sources, the cabinet and the organisation may change soon. Rajasthan CM Ashok Gehlot had met Congress interim president Sonia Gandhi on Wednesday. A day later, on Thursday, Sachin Pilot also had a discussion with Sonia.

CM Gehlot had met Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel along with Congress president Sonia Gandhi and the party's committee as well as election strategist Prashant Kishor. After meeting Sonia Gandhi, Pilot said he had given feedback to the party to empower, discuss organisational elections and give feedback to the party president on the political scenario in Rajasthan.

Sachin Pilot has said that in the last 30 years, there is a trend of an alternative government in Rajasthan after five years, i.e. once the BJP and the second time the Congress, but through the committee that the AICC formed about two years ago, we have taken steps in the right direction by the government and the organisation in Rajasthan. We have to work more unitedly in that direction so that we can form the government in Rajasthan in 2023 and discussed the same with Sonia Gandhi.
