PM's younger brother Prahlad Modi said our aunt Narmadaben was admitted to the civil hospital about ten days ago after her health deteriorated due to coronavirus infection. Prahlad Modi said he breathed his last at the hospital today. She said her aunt's husband JagjivanDas was the brother of PM's father Damodardas and died many years ago. In Gujarat, 14352 new cases have been reported and 170 people have died in the last 24 hours. During this period, 7,803 people also recovered.

On the other hand, 3 lakh 62 thousand 787 people were found infected with corona virus in the country on Tuesday. While 3285 patients died. There were 3.23 lakh cases on Tuesday morning, but by 12 PM the figure had gone up to over 3.62 lakh. Earlier on Monday, more than 3.52 lakh cases were registered while more than 2800 patients succumbed to their injuries. This is the highest ever figure since the beginning of the epidemic.
