Kathmandu: Nepal's PM KP Sharma, trying to break the centuries-old relationship with India by coming under Chinese pretext, and has joined political entourage for fear of losing the post. Public outrage against Oli surrounded in political corridors is also visible on the streets. Now the saint community of Nepal has also opened a front against their PM.
The angry sage took to the streets on July 18 with the statement given by Oli on Lord Ram and Ayodhya. Saints demonstrated in Janakpur protesting PM Oli's statement. There were demands of saints, religious organizations and common citizens who were present in the demonstration, that PM Oli should withdraw his statement. The protesting saints and citizens raised slogans to maintain the relationship of Janakpur and Ayodhya.
A message was given to PM Oli on behalf of the protesters that they should not hurt the faith of Hindus. While addressing a program organized on the birth anniversary of Adikavi Bhanubhakta of Nepali recently, PM Oli had told Lord Ram to be a Nepali citizen, on which this whole battle has arisen.
