Lucknow: Samajwadi Party (SP) MLA from Bisauli Ashutosh Maurya along with his supporters came to the powerhouse at midnight over power cuts in Uttar Pradesh's Badaun district. Here they assaulted the employees. The video of the incident is now rapidly going viral on social media. The employees have lodged a complaint against the MLA at the police station.

It is being told that SP MLA from Bisauli in Badaun in Uttar Pradesh, Ashutosh Maurya reached the powerhouse with supporters on Thursday midnight. It is alleged that they also assaulted the electricity workers. The video of the incident is going viral on social media. There is a lot of resentment among the contract workers of the electricity department over the incident. Enraged by the incident, the power workers announced a strike. While a complaint has been lodged on behalf of the MLA accusing the electricity workers of indecency.

Samajwadi Party (SP) MLA Ashutosh Maurya said that the light of the cold store was burning at night, but there was no electricity in the city. In such a situation, he demanded from the employees to see the logbook, and then the electricity worker misbehaved. And then the incident happened.
