Raisen: After the lockdown, now the tourist place is being gradually opened. Tourist places in the country, including the Sanchi Stupa of Raisen district, will be opened for tourists from July 6. Union Tourism Minister Prahlad Patel has shared this information by tweeting on his Twitter account. In this tweet, he has written that it has been decided with the Cultural Ministry and ASI that all the monuments can be opened with full security on July 6.

Prahlad Patel, who came on a tour of Sanchi 15 days ago, gave hints in this regard. Accordingly, instructions were given to make all necessary preparations for prevention of corona infection on the stupa. It is known that Minister Patel has a special attachment with Sanchi. However, the opening of tourist places will increase the traffic of outsiders in the district, due to which special precautions will be required. In this, Buddhist followers, especially from Sri Lanka, will start coming.

Along with checking the health of the devotees and tourists coming from outside, their travel and contact information will also have to be collected. Patel has given instructions to arrange for a thermal screening, sanitization at the main gate of the stupa. Apart from this, tourists will be given time to stay inside for 20 minutes in the museum located here. Only a certain number of tourists will get admission to the museum at a time.
