Lucknow: Sarsanghchalak of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) Mohan Bhagwat reached Bareilly in Uttar Pradesh on a 5-day tour on Thursday (February 16) night. The Sangh chief reached Bareilly by train from Lucknow at 12:05 hrs. From the railway station directly left for GRM School located on Dohra Road. There will be separate meetings of the Sangh chief with the Pracharaks of Braj province in GRM from morning itself on Friday.

Preparations have been going on for many days regarding the program of Mohan Bhagwat. The campaigners of the region and the province have already reached Bareilly. Political people have been kept away from the program of the Sangh chief. A large number of security personnel were deployed at the railway station even before the arrival of Mohan Bhagwat on Thursday night. Mohan Bhagwat got down at Bareilly Junction by Ayodhya-Delhi Express train at around 12:05 hrs. RSS volunteers welcomed Sangh chief Bhagwat. Security personnel guarded every nook and corner of the railway station. A vehicle was stationed at the junction to take Mohan Bhagwat to GRM. Mohan Bhagwat directly reached GRM.

According to sources, Bhagwat held a meeting with some RSS functionaries at GRM on Thursday night. Took information regarding the program of today i.e. Friday. On the 17th and 18th, there will be a meeting with Pracharaks of Braj Prant and families related to RSS in GRM. A strategy will be chalked out for the expansion of RSS units. In 2025, 100 years of the establishment of RSS are being completed. The RSS chief will leave for Sitapur from Bareilly on 20 February.
