Further reliving the memories of his drunken days, he said, “I have spent 10 years of my life in my room or bathroom. I was not interested in shooting. But everything changed in this life." At the same time, he further said, 'When I came out of the rehabilitation center, people used to call me 'Charasi'. I thought this was wrong. People walking on the street are also telling me so. That's when I decided to do something and then started working out. After a few days, I became such a 'charasi' that people used to say that what is swag, what is body.'

He made all these revelations in an interview given to YouTuber Ranveer Allahabadia. During this, he described Lord Shiva as very inspirational in his life.
