The picture is said to have been taken last Wednesday under the information received. In fact, the controversial General Insurance Business (Nationalisation) Amendment Bill, 2021 was passed in the Rajya Sabha on Wednesday, while the Opposition was demanding that the Bill be referred to a Select Committee. In that case, the entire Opposition was united on the demand to refer the Bill to a Select Committee. YSR Congress MP Vijaysai Reddy said, "It should be referred to a select committee to understand the broader impact of this law.''

On the other hand, Congress MP Syed Naseer Hussain and TDP MP K. Ravindra Kumar also urged the government to refer the bill to a select committee. Moreover, RDD MP Manoj K Jha said, "The entire country is witnessing the slaying of democracy here. I also ask the Speaker how you can allow it to happen.''
