Madhya Pradesh: The month of Sawan, according to the Hindu calendar, will start from 25 July and will end on 22 August. During this, there are a total of four Mondays when Lord Shiva is worshiped by observing a fast on each of these Mondays. This month is known for special worship of Lord Shiva and Devi Parvati.
For this, preparations have already started in the Shiva temples across cities. Special arrangements are being made in all the famous temples including the ancient Badwale Mahadev Temple, the Gufa Mandir . Since this is the corona period, such arrangements are being made so that safe physical distance can be maintained between the devotees in the temples. Only a limited number of devotees will get entry in the temples.
For this, along with barricading the temples, round circles are also being made. According to the information, preparations are going on in full swing in all the major Shiva temples of the capital on the first Monday of Shravan month. This time the devotees will be able to see the deity from afar. There will be Shiva Puja and Abhishek in the temples, which will be performed by the priest. Devotees will be allowed only to have darshan and offer water on the Shivling.
