What is Gomukhasana?
'Gomukh' means cow's face. The position of the feet in this posture is very similar to the shape of Gomukh, hence it is called Gomukhasana. This is an extremely beneficial posture for women. This aasana is very beneficial even in arthritis, constipation, diabetes, and back pain.

Way
1. Repeat this by changing the position of the feet and hands
2. Fold the left foot from the knee and place it on the right side on the ground.
3. First of all, spread both the legs forward and keep the arm in the side.
4. Try to push the head as far back as possible by resting it on the elbow.
5. Raise the right arm, bend with the elbow and move it back upwards to the back
6. Now raise the left hand and bend it with the elbow, then move it back down from the shoulders.
7. Keep the fingers of both hands behind the back in such a way that they interlock each other.
8. Similarly, bend the right foot from the knee, bring it above the left foot and keep the right heel to the left.
