The Supreme Court today after dismissing the bail application of Asaram in his connection with rape cases has ordered to file a FIR against him for filing fake documents of his health. The court has even imposed fine of Rs 1 Lakh on him.

Asaram wanted to bail on medical grounds. From August 3, 2013, he has been in Prison and was arrested by the Jodhpur police.
The Gujarat Government earlier told the court bench that he should not be granted bail as the trail will get completed within six months.
