During the hearing on Monday, the court asked for time to answer on behalf of the CBSE. On this, the High Court, while giving time to present the reply, has fixed the next hearing date on August 10. During the hearing of the case in the High Court, the state government has already submitted its reply. In the reply given by the government, it has been said that after the lockdown, the government has issued two orders.

Under these orders, a clear order has been given to private schools to collect only tuition fees. Let us tell you that in the petition it has been said that after lockdown, pressure is being made by all private schools to collect arbitrary fees on parents. At this time neither schools are running nor exams are being conducted. With this, there is no activity of any kind in the schools.
