Uttar Pradesh: Police reaches Unnao to search history of accused Chhavi of Namo kidnapping case

Lucknow: Many incidents are coming to the fore in UP. Meanwhile, the kidnapping of Namo, the grandson of Pan masala businessman Rajesh Gupta, shook the state police. But in the encounter within 18 hours, the Gonda police, along with catching the miscreants, saved the reputation of the state police by releasing Namo. Now the police has started investigating the history of the miscreants.

After the kidnapping of Namo, Gonda police has reached Unnao to find out the history of Suraj Pandey's wife Chhavi, who calls his father and asks for four crore rupees. The police team is searching for Chhavi's full details. The image of Sujar Pandey, the main culprit in the kidnapping of Namo Gupta son Hari Gupta, grandson of Rajesh Gupta, a resident of the car market in Karnalganj, told police in his statement that he was of Krishnchand Upadhyay, a resident of Mishra Colony, Shuklaganj, Unnao.

Explaining further, he said that he met Suraj only in February 2018. After that, both got married. On Saturday night, a team of Gonda police has left for Unnao to find out how much truth is there in the statements made by the police in the image of the police. On Sunday, the police team reached the house of Chhavi, Mishra Colony of Unnao in Shuklaganj, and family members were questioned about the image. The team is also investigating the people around his house in the colony. Police is constantly investigating the entire case.
