Lucknow: During the increasing cases of covid19 all over the world, the Uttar Pradesh government has taken strict action to curb it. CM Yogi Adityanath has said that along with the continuous review, they will pay attention to new measures. Sample testing is also being done in Uttar Pradesh in full swing. Uttar Pradesh has become the first state in the country, where more than 1 lakh tests have been done in a day. As the number of tests increases, the number of infected people is also increasing.
CM Yogi is visiting the districts every day with a review meeting on COVID infection with team-11 at his government residence. The tour also happens that in one day, visiting the 3 districts and seeing the hospital, they review with the top officials of the districts. CM Yogi completed the tour of Ballia and Varanasi on Sunday after his workplace Gorakhpur.
Meanwhile, in the state, today, a test report of more than 1 lakh samples has come, which is the highest ever. More than 19 lakh people have been corona examined. The same 1.90 lakh solvency teams have been activated. The places where most patients are getting more intensive investigations are to be done. Five districts remain a challenge, here the infected patients are the highest. There are 3210 active cases in Lucknow, 1799 in Kanpur, 1282 in Varanasi, 983 in Jhansi and 932 in Ghaziabad. So far, the number of total infected in the state has increased to more than 67 thousand.
