New Delhi: The corona epidemic has created panic everywhere and the country's capital, Delhi, is suffering from a new wave of corona. The government has imposed a week-on lockdown to bring corona cases under control. Delhi Police is in the hands of the responsibility of complying with the lockdown. About 1500 Delhi Police personnel have been hit by corona in the second wave of corona while some soldiers have also lost their lives.

In the same process, the Delhi Police Commissioner has decided that policemen above 58 years of age will not be deployed in the field at present.

The same Delhi Police Commissioner Ratan Srivastava said that three corona centers have been set up in Delhi for Delhi Police personnel and their families. One has been built in Dwarka, the other in Shahdara, and the third in Rohini. If there is a coronavirus, the policemen will be able to get better treatment. It may be recalled that in 2020, about 7,667 Delhi Police personnel were infected with corona. While 30 died.
