Ghajini fame Asin today celebrated her and dauther Arin’s birthday. Asin is born in Kerala. She started off her acting career at the age of 15 with a Malayalam movie called Narendran Makan Jayakanthan. Vaka in 2001. However after a wait of 2 years she first tasted success with the 2003 movie Amma Nanna O Tamila Ammay. For this movie she even received Telugu Filmfare Award for Best Actress. She also performed well in hit movies such as Pokkiri, Valaru and Dasavatharam.

For those who don’t know her first Bollywood movie was Ghajini opposite none other than Mr. Perfectionist Aamir Khan. Her other remarkable Bollywood movies are Housefull 2 and Khiladi 786. In 2015, she walked down to aisle with Rahul Sharma. He is the co-owner of famous mobile company Micromax. After her marriage she left her acting career. Asin and Rahul welcomed a baby girl Arin last year on the 25th of October, 2017.

Notebaly Akshay Kumar and Asin have worked together in films like 'Khiladi 786' and 'Housefull 2' and the duo shares a very close tie.

Bollywood Khiladi Akshay Kumar who is a close friend of Asin, visited the actress and her baby at the hospital when she gave birth to Arin.

Sharing the photo of memorable moment Akshay captioned the image as, "One joy which is completely unmatched...congratulations to my dearest friends @simply.asin and Rahul on the arrival of their little angel".
