NEW DELHI: In response to Rahul Gandhi's speech in London, the BJP and the Congress are opening fire on one another. After his trip to the UK, Union Law Minister Kiren Rijiju slammed Congressman Rahul Gandhi. Rijiju claimed in a tweet that the "self-declared Congress prince" had gone too far.

Kiren Rijiju claimed that PM Modi's sole mantra is "Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat" after sharing a video of Rahul Gandhi's address at Cambridge University in which the Congressman criticised PM Modi for ruining India's architecture.

Sharing the video of Rahul Gandhi's conversation at Cambridge University where the Congress leader salmmed PM Modi for destroying the architecture of India, Kiren Rijiju said PM Modi's only mantra is 'Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat'.

"Indians are aware that Rahul Gandhi is Pappu, but Westerners are unaware of this. And it's not necessary to respond to his foolish words, but the issue is that the anti-India forces are misusing his statements to damage India's reputation "He stated in a different tweet.

"Releasing the same thing more than once should be prohibited. Relaunching in London and actively being promoted by the same gang in India, "read yet another tweet he wrote.

What Rahul Gandhi had said in his Cambridge speech: "India is a union of states. It is a negotiation and if you try to force one idea on a union, it will react. I have got a Sikh gentleman sitting here. He is from the Sikh religion. We have got Muslims, Christians in India, different languages in India. They are all India. PM  Narendra Modi says he is not. Narendra Modi says he is a second-class citizen in India. I don’t agree with him."
