The incident was also captured on camera by media persons, which was also videoed by a website, and when the video reached the family of Swarup Singh, a resident of Raisen in Madhya Pradesh, his joy was not there.

In fact, the fan mentioned in the video is the son of the family and the boy's name is Ajay Singh, a 10th grader. 17-year-old Ajay had failed the class X exam and had disappeared since leaving home for school on August 17. While Swarup Singh had contacted his friends and several other places in search of him, a complaint of his disappearance was lodged with the police when he was not traced.

Police and family are constantly on the lookout for him. After the video, Swarup said, he was satisfied to learn that at least the son was safe and that he further informed the police and his acquaintances in Mumbai when he saw the video. In addition, Ajay's friends have also been informed of his loss through video comment to bring him home safely.
