The Allu Arjun-starrer 'Pushpa: The Rise,' which was released a few weeks ago, has received mostly positive reviews from fans and celebrities in the film industry. Renowned filmmaker Selvaraghavan is the latest member of the Kollywood film society to compliment the crew. Allu Arjun, Rashmika Mandana, and Fahadh Faasil star in the film, which also has Samantha Ruth Prabhu in a song.

Director Selvaraghavan praised the film on Twitter, expressing his admiration for it. “#PushpaTheRise Stunning! What a show-stopper! I've been blown away. Kudos to #Sukumar for his efforts! Sukumar directed the film, and Devi Sri Prasad composed the music. The movie's songs were hit singles, with several of them trending on social media, including the viral 'Oo Solriya Oo Oo Solriya,' 'Saami Saami,' and 'Eyy Beta Idhu En Patta.'

'Nanae Varuvaen' is the title of Selvaraghavan's next film. For the sixth time in the film, he is directing his brother and actor Dhanush. The filmmaker has just begun acting and has completed filming for 'Saani Kaayidham,' while he is expected to play a negative part in actor Vijay's upcoming film, 'Beast.'

Apart from the director, many celebrities praised the film on Saturday, including actor Vishnu Vishal and cricketer Pragyan Ojha. The second instalment of Pushpa 2: The Rule, produced by Mythri Movie Makers in cooperation with Muttamsetty Media, will begin production in 2022.
