Bollywood hit Bagban screen writer Shafiq Ansari passed away today at Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital. He had been ill for a long time. His son Mohsin Ansari confirmed the news and said shafiq will be handed over to Oshiwara cemetery today itself. Tell us that Shafiq Ansari made his career as a writer in 1974 with Dharmendra and Shatrughan Sinha's movie Dost. He then worked in Dharmendra and Hema Malini starrer Dil Ka Hira.

He also starred in Govinda, Dilip Kumar and Madhuri Dixit's Izzatdar, Pyaar Hua Chori Chori, which also starred in Mithun and gautami, a famous actress from the South Indian film industry. Shafiq has also worked with legendary filmmaker B R Chopra and has written many of the best dialogues of the movie Baghban. Tell us that Bagban starred Amitabh Bachchan, Hema Malini and Salman Khan in the lead roles which released in the year 2003. The film was a hit.

In fact, the story of the changing relationship between parents and children was told in Bagban, how children for whom parents do everything, later leave them for their own selfish reasons. Not only that, instead of becoming their support, they make them alone. Tell us that Bagban had set many records and Shafiq was highly praised for this movie. The performance of all the roles in this movie was very powerful.
