Investigations have revealed that Sharjeel had given inflammatory speech in Jamia Nagar twice. The crime branch has recovered a video related to the Ram Mandir verdict, two videos of Jamia Nagar and one video of JNU. These videos will be sent for forensic investigation. It is also being said that the police have got permission from the court to sample the voice of Sharjeel to match the voice of the video. The police had applied for it. The court says that permission is not required to get a sample of the voice of Sharjeel. Police can send samples of Sharajeel's voice on Thursday for matching. Police have also found four videos of inflammatory speeches from Sharjeel's mobile.
The police will interrogate 15 students of Jamia Millia Islamia in this case. As soon as these students distributed posters printed by Sharjeel. These posters were distributed in the areas around the Masjid. Some students used to make videos of Sharjeel's speech and put it on social media. Police on Wednesday questioned three students of Jamia Millia. 4 students were questioned on Tuesday. The remaining students have been called for questioning on Thursday. During the interrogation, the students admitted that they had distributed the posters. Some of these may become official witnesses against Sharjeel.
