Mumbai: Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty's husband and businessman Raj Kundra has finally been granted bail. He was jailed for making and streaming adult films, though he has now been granted bail by a Mumbai magistrate's court. Raj Kundra will now be released from jail today after being in jail for nearly two months. According to reports, Raj Kundra has been granted bail on a 50,000 bond. The court granted bail to Raj Kundra as well as his aide Ryan Thorpe. Raj Kundra's wife Shilpa Shetty shared a post on her Insta Story when she was granted bail last Monday.

Raj Kundra will step out of jail today after getting bail from a magistrate's court yesterday and there are reports that he will first approach Shilpa. Let me tell you, a bail petition was filed before the court on behalf of Raj Kundra, claiming that there was no concrete evidence against him in the supplementary chargesheet filed by the Crime Branch of Mumbai Police.
He had also claimed that there was no evidence of his active involvement in the alleged adult film case and that he was being made a scapegoat in the case. Let us also tell all of you, the Crime Branch team investigating the adult filmmaking case had filed a supplementary chargesheet against three other accused including Raj Kundra. The matter pertains to making adult films and then streaming them through the app.
