Lucknow: Shivpal Singh Yadav is missing Mulayam Singh Yadav's virtue of keeping people connected after being 'liberated' by Samajwadi Party (SP) national president and former CM Akhilesh Yadav. Terming the issuance of the letter to liberate from SP as an example of Akhilesh Yadav's infidelity, he said Akhilesh does not have the quality of connecting people. He said "Akhilesh has issued a letter to free me from SP, so why doesn't he expel me from the Legislature Party.''

It is noteworthy that the relationship between Shivpal Yadav and his elder brother Mulayam Singh Yadav, the patron of the SP, has been cordial even in the most difficult times. In the past few days, except for one occasion amid resentment with nephew Akhilesh Yadav, Shivpal had never targeted Mulayam Singh Yadav in any statement. Mulayam also keeps on mentioning the contribution of his younger brother in raising the SP.

But, in the meantime, by openly supporting NDA candidate Draupadi Murmu in the presidential election, Shivpal Yadav gave new political signals, on the orders of Akhilesh Yadav, the Samajwadi Party handed over a letter to Shivpal Singh Yadav to "go wherever he gets respect" and "freedom from SP". In such a situation, Shivpal is now once again reminded of Mulayam Singh's era in the party.
