BJP sources say there will be no talks with the Shiv Sena for the post of CM. Of course, Uddhav Thackeray is putting pressure on the 50-50 formula. Which means that the divisions of the ministries will be equal and the post of CM will remain with both parties for two-and-a-half years. At the same time, CM Devendra Fadnavis says that the BJP will not accept the demand of the Shiv Sena to distribute the CM post as it has got 105 seats and has the support of 10 independents. If the Shiv Sena with 56 assembly seats demands the chief minister's post for two and a half years, the BJP will not deal with it.
